Every home will be built using modern methods of construction (MMC), with components manufactured off-site and then transported to site where they are assembled. Other features include extra long-life quartz kitchen worktops applied to custom made kitchens and floor to ceiling covering of an anti-mould and anti-mildew tiling in the bathrooms. Outside there will be electric car charging points, a public artwork and a large area of shared open space for residents to enjoy.

Wroughton is a large, historic village situated to the south of Swindon, on the edge of The North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village offers a range of facilities including several excellent pubs, independent shops, a farm shop, supermarkets, a post office, doctors’ surgery, and a leisure centre with swimming pool.

The development will be popular with families, due to the wide choice of schools in the local area. Wroughton Infant School is just a six minute ride away, and The Ridgeway School and Sixth Form College eight minutes away, to name just two of the schools in the area.

The bustling town of Swindon is four miles away from the development. Home to a string of independent shops, cafes and wine bars, this affluent town is now considered one of the best places to live in the UK.
