Satisfies any one or more of the first instance criteria above but in respect of any named adjoining Parishes namely: (1) Southam (2) Stockton (3) Ufton (4) Harbury



In the third instance:



Satisfies any one or more of the first instance criteria above but in respect of any other parishes in Stratford-on-Avon District.



In the fourth and final instance:



Satisfies any one or more of the first instance criteria above but in respect of a Fourth Tier Area (if any).
