Meon Vale, Long Marston, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 8RP
Stonewater Homes in partnership with Redrow Homes is proud to present a selection of two and three bedroom homes for shared ownership at Poets Grange, Meon Vale.
Located close to the historic market town of Stratford-upon-Avon and bordering the picturesque towns of Evesham and Bidford-on-Avon, Meon Vale occupies a sustainable location on a recycled site for new housing, employment, leisure and community assets. The development has been sensitively designed to minimise any impact on local wildlife by retaining important habitats and maintaining or improving pathways, enabling species to move freely within the site.
The £5m Meon Vale Leisure Centre, opened in August 2014, features the latest gym equipment, a multi-purpose sports hall, a wide range of workout classes and an all-weather sports pitch. The central facilities on site include a shop, community centre, public open space, children’s play area and a skate park, as well as a one-mile Greenway extension into Stratford-upon-Avon (part of the National Cycle Network).
There are good schools in the area including Tudor Grange Primary Academy in Meon Vale and Long Marston VA Church of England Primary School.
Meon Vale is well situated for a convenient commute to Warwick, Worcester, Birmingham and beyond, as well as all the culture and character of Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The nearest stations are at Honeybourne and Stratford-upon-Avon, with trains from Honeybourne to Worcester taking 29 minutes and trains from Stratford-upon-Avon to Birmingham 49 minutes.
