Bedford Midland railway station is less than four miles from the development. From here regular direct services of 42 minutes travelling time operate into London St Pancras International. Thameslink also provides direct services south to Luton Airport Parkway (18 minutes), Gatwick Airport (1 hour 46 minutes) and Brighton (2 hours and 24 minutes).
