New Homes Team
The New Homes Team are responsible for marketing all new build properties for market rent, rent to buy, shared ownership or market sale. We ensure that applicants are offered properties via the scheme most appropriate to their needs and in line with Government procedures.

Commercial Services Team
The Commercial Services Team are responsible for assisting in the re-sale of existing customers properties, dealing with shared owners staircasing requests, managing the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire processes, administering Lease Extensions and providing other after sales services to Stonewater Homes customers.
