The accommodation begins with a welcoming entrance hall providing access to all rooms, along with two generous storage cupboards. Both bedrooms are comfortable double rooms with plenty of space for bedroom furniture, while the contemporary bathroom is finished in a modern three-piece suite.

At the heart of the home is a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. Designed with modern living in mind, the space benefits from an abundance of natural light and provides ample room for relaxing, dining and entertaining. The kitchen offers a range of wall and base units, generous worktop space and room for freestanding appliances. One of the property's standout features is its private gated entrance and enclosed front garden, complete with picket fencing and a useful storage shed. Residents also enjoy access to a communal green space, while an allocated parking space, visitor parking and additional on-road parking are all conveniently located nearby.

Fair Oak remains one of Eastleigh's most desirable village locations, offering a wonderful balance of countryside surroundings and everyday convenience. The village centre provides a range of shops, cafés, pharmacy services and local amenities, while excellent transport links connect residents to Winchester, Eastleigh, Hedge End and Southampton. Families are particularly drawn to the area due to its well-regarded schools and abundance of outdoor space, including the nearby Stoke Park Woods

As this property is a flat, please note that as a result of building safety regulations, some lenders are requiring certain properties to have a completed EWS1 form. An EWS1 (External Wall System) form provides independent assurance that your building meets the requirements of the Government's latest standards.

Unfortunately, we have seen that some lenders may still wish to request this information even though it is not a legal requirement. Stonewater do not have an EWS1 in place for all buildings and should a mortgage lender require this, any purchase may be impacted. If an EWS1 is requested, whether one is required or not, Stonewater are committed to providing as much information as possible to satisfy a lenders request for an EWS1. We suggest you speak with a financial advisor before proceeding.

Further information about EWS1 and Stonewater’s position can be found at https://stonewaterhomes.co.uk/government-guidance-changes-for-EWS1
