This form should be used if you wish to apply for one of Stonewater’s shared ownership homes. For your application to be successful you must meet the necessary eligibility and affordability criteria set out for the specific shared ownership scheme you are applying for, details of which are available on request.

The application form will take some time to fill in and we suggest you allow yourself 30 to 40 minutes to complete everything.

Please note: if you submit the form and fields are coloured, they are mandatory and must be filled in.

In addition to this filling out this form you will also be asked to provide for each applicant:

• A copy of the last three months’ pay slips
• An agreement in principle from your chosen mortgage lender along with a Key Facts Illustration showing your monthly mortgage payments. (You can request a KFI from your lender/broker. If you do not provide a KFI as part of your application, we will use a 6% interest rate to calculate your monthly mortgage payments which may reduce your affordability.)
• Proof of identification (e.g. a copy of a passport or photo card driving licence)
• Any proof of savings and/or written confirmation of any gift of money being given
• Any additional information which you feel would support your application
