The bathroom features modern, streamlined sanitaryware in brilliant white comprising a steel bath, close-coupled WC and hand basin. A thermostatic shower with glass screen is included over the bath (except properties with an en-suite to the main bedroom). A heated towel rail, white painted walls and full height tiling around the bath area provide the finishing touches.

TV sockets are fitted to every bedroom; outside a ready turfed rear garden comes complete with fencing, exterior lighting and a lockable gate.
