  6. Is qualified to move to the Relevant Area pursuant to a mobility scheme to which the Council is a participating authority

*Relevant Area means the Parish of Templecombe or the Parishes of Henstridge, Charlton Horethorne, Horsington, and Wincanton, the District and the County*
