The M50 at Ross-on-Wye links to the M5 for easy access to the Midlands, whilst London is just over three hours away by car and Cardiff 90 minutes.

·6.5.2 in the event of there being no person having a Local Connection of a type described in sub-paragraphs below to the parish of Clehonger a person with a Local Connection to one of the following parishes: Eaton Bishop, Kingstone, Allensmore, Haywood, Belmont Rural, Breinton and Credenhill; and
·6.5.3 In the event of there being no person with a Local Connection to the parishes of Eaton Bishop, Kingstone, Allensmore, Haywood, Belmont Rural, Breinton and Credenhill any other person ordinarily resident within the administrative area of the Council who is eligible under the allocation policies of the Registered Provider if the Registered Provider can demonstrate to the Council that after 28 working days of any of the Affordable Housing Units becoming available for letting the Registered Provider having made all reasonable efforts through the use of Home Point or in the case of the Shared Ownership Units Help to Buy Agent 2 have found no suitable candidate under paragraphs 6.5.1 and 6.5.2 above
