New Homes Team
The new homes team are responsible for marketing all new build properties for market rent, rent to buy, shared ownership or market sale. We ensure that applicants are offered properties via the scheme most appropriate to their needs and in line with Government procedures.

The Property Management Team are responsible for the upkeep of our properties and developments. They regularly visit schemes carrying out risk assessments, assessing maintenance requirements, planning works and managing our on site staff.

Sales & Services Team (Existing Homeowners)
The Sales and Services Team (Existing Homeowners) are responsible for assisting in the re-sale of existing customers properties, dealing with shared owners staircasing requests, managing the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire processes, administering Lease Extensions and providing other after sales services to Stonewater Homes customers.

Income Recovery Team
The income recovery team are responsible for the calculation of all rent increases, service charges and for the issuing of invoices and demands. They also monitor all accounts taking recovery action if necessary and are responsible for issuing Section 20 Consultation notices.
